Sehha Metabolic Fingerprint

Sehha health assessment

Your metabolic fingerprint

A clear, marker-by-marker view of key cardiometabolic measurements and modifiable health behaviours. Each result stands on its own—there is no overall score and unlike domains are never averaged.

Independent markersEach result keeps its own status.

Central adiposity

Waist-to-height ratio (WHtR)

cm
cm
How to measure your waist
Use a flexible non-stretch tape. Stand upright with the abdomen relaxed. Identify the midpoint between the bottom of the lowest rib and the top of the hip bone. Wrap the tape horizontally around the waist, keep it snug without compressing the skin, breathe out normally, and record the measurement.

Enter height and waist

Not Measured

WHtR is waist circumference ÷ height.

Blood pressure

The higher-risk reading determines the result.

mmHg
mmHg
How to take a blood-pressure reading
Where possible, sit quietly for about 5 minutes with feet flat, back supported and arm supported at heart level. Take two readings at least 1 minute apart and enter the average.

Enter both readings

Not Measured

Systolic and diastolic are evaluated separately; the higher-risk category wins.

Glycaemia

Fasting blood glucose with optional HbA1c reference

Fasting means no caloric intake for at least 8 hours.
Fasting glucose

No result entered

Not Measured

mg/dL entries are automatically converted to mmol/L.

HbA1c reference

Optional. Enter a result only if you already have one from the last 3–6 months. It is displayed separately and never combined with fasting glucose.

%

Use a one-decimal result, as reported by your laboratory.

HbA1c reference

No recent result entered

Not Measured

This optional reference is independent of fasting glucose.

Planned exercise

Intentional physical activity performed for fitness or health

Do not include household activity, chores, routine work activity, shopping, incidental walking or general movement around the house.

Intensity definitions
Moderate: breathing and heart rate are noticeably increased, but you can still speak in sentences.
Vigorous: breathing is hard and fast and speaking more than a few words is difficult.
Moderate-equivalent minutes

Not Measured

Moderate minutes + (vigorous minutes × 2).

Stress

One overall rating—not separate scores for each area of life

Consider work or study, health, finances, relationships or family, community or social pressures, responsibilities and caregiving, your own expectations or emotional load, and any other major source of stress.

Over the past month, how much stress have you experienced in your life overall?

Choose an overall stress rating from 1 to 6

These are Sehha tracking bands, not diagnostic stress cut-offs.

Sleep duration

Average nightly hours over the past 7 days

Over the past 7 days, how many hours of sleep did you get on an average night?

hours
Live result

Enter average nightly hours

Not Measured

Decimal hours are accepted.

Satiety duration

Time until genuine physical hunger after a substantial protein-rich meal

After a substantial protein-rich meal, how long do you usually remain comfortably satisfied before you experience genuine physical hunger again?

Think about true physical hunger—not cravings, boredom, habit or simply wanting something sweet. Think about a substantial main meal, not a snack.

Nutrition

Question-level results remain separate; there is no combined nutrition colour.

Protein adequacy

Enter your height in Central adiposity to calculate your minimum daily protein target.

Protein adequacy

Height and answer needed

Not Measured

The displayed target is rounded to the nearest whole gram.

Refined / highly processed food exposure

Over the past 7 days, how many times did you eat refined carbohydrates, takeaway/fast food, or highly processed convenience foods?

Examples included in this question
Sweets, desserts, biscuits, pastries, sugary drinks, white bread, refined crackers or cereals, chips and packaged snack foods, takeaway/fast food, ready-made or highly processed convenience meals.
Processed food exposure

Choose a frequency

Not Measured

This result remains independent from protein adequacy.

Carbohydrate awareness The approved source names this as measured-only but does not provide a member question, field, response options or status logic. It therefore remains Not Measured in this build.

Smoking

Current combustible tobacco exposure

Do you currently smoke cigarettes or use another combustible tobacco product?

Choose yes or no
Live result

Choose yes or no

Not Measured

No Orange category is used for this marker.

Personal or family history

A permanent background-risk marker—not a modifiable behaviour

Have you or a first-degree family member (parent or sibling) ever been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease or stroke?

Choose yes or no
Background risk

Choose yes or no

Not Measured

A persistent family-history result is context, not failure.

The Sehha Metabolic Fingerprint is a screening and progress-tracking framework. It is not a diagnosis or a cardiovascular-risk prediction model. Red-range glucose or HbA1c warrants appropriate medical follow-up; a home meter result alone is not a confirmed diagnosis.
